RAW ORGANIC SALAD

Shihan’s Raw Organic Super Salad.

  • Activate 500g Organic Raw Pumpkin Kernels, Sunflower Kernels & Almonds
    (soak in a bowl of filtered water for 24 hours, then drain well)
  • 500g of Organic Quinoa into a large pot of filtered water, bring to boil, simmer 10 mins until dense, drain well and cool.
  • 1 raw bunch of Organic Kale.
  • 1 raw head of Organic Broccoli.
  • 1/2 head of Organic Celery.
  • 2 raw Organic Carrots.
  • 2 raw Organic Beetroot.

Chop or place in a food processor all Raw Vegetables until finely chopped.
Add the activated Nuts and Quinoa with a handful of Chia seeds and Organic Shredded Coconut in a large tupperware container and store in refrigerator.
