Kasama Ben is a full-time Professional Martial Artist at Advanced Martial Arts & Fitness (AMAF). He is the Instructor for our Little Ninja Freestyle Karate, Kids Karate, Teens Muay Thai & MMA classes, Adults Muay Thai & Kali Self Defence beginners classes, he also motivates and inspires our morning Kick Box & Burn classes. With previous martial arts knowledge and experience, Ben is a valuable asset to our experienced list of Instructors.

I've been going to AMAF for nearly 4 years. The quality of the training, the facilities and the amount of space available for training exceeds anything else I've found throughout my martial arts studies.

The owner, Mike, is an incredibly experienced martial artist. A student and teacher of a wide array of Martial arts, and also an incredibly intelligent, compassionate and funny educator.

Mike and the team are fantastic. They run great classes in a friendly environment and they all know you by your first name.
The classes are taught well and everything you learn is designed to build confidence and the ability to defend your self or a friend should you ever need to. 
If you haven't been to a class in a few weeks they will call you with a friendly reminder to come on down. This I particularly love. Such a great service.
